Oh boy, where to start? So, this VR Games Showcase thing is doing its summer 2025 gig next month. It’s supposed to be jam-packed with juicy XR game stuff—those big reveals and updates everyone’s buzzing about.
Okay, so mark your calendars, or maybe don’t—up to you. It’s August 12th, kicks off at 8:40 AM PT. But that’s just for the pre-show, which they’re calling ‘XR Indies & Friends’. Think of it like, a warm-up? Honestly, might just be an excuse to fill time before the main shebang at 9:00 AM PT.
The folks running this shindig say they’re rolling out big reveals. If you’re into Quest, PSVR 2, or PC VR headsets, maybe this’ll tickle your fancy? Major titles on deck. Like, they’re hyping up their line-up. Apparently, they’ve got updates on games like Forefront from Triangle Factory, Reach from nDreams Elevation, and stuff from Flat2VR Studios. Or so they say.
Oh yeah, Polyarc’s getting into the mix too. They’re doing something with Glassbreakers: Champions of Moss—a VR Developer Direct video straight from their Seattle office. Sounds fancy, right?
Backtracking a bit, that pre-show, it’s 20 minutes. Quick hits of indie projects that’ll hit headsets soon. Or so we’re told.
