Alright, so here’s the deal with the whole PlayStation Days of Play thing for 2025. First off, if your wallet’s taken a beating from those crazy price hikes or you’re just itching for a sweet deal—brace yourself. This event is like a shopping frenzy. Sony’s biggest sale shindig is rolling out soonish, and yeah, it’ll have all sorts of discounts on games, consoles, gear, and fingers crossed, PS Plus too.
So, okay—when’s this all happening? Days of Play kicked off in 2017, and it’s got this funky pattern going. Usually starts late May or early June. Last time it was May 29, but they’ve sprung it on us earlier before. I’d put money on the week of May 26, but who really knows? They like to keep us guessing.
Funny thing, I ran a Google search and found this back-end update on Sony’s site—a whole “Days of Play 2025 | Incredible deals on PS5 games…” thing. But, ha, it just dumps you at last year’s thank you page. Way to keep us on our toes, Sony.
What are we getting this year? Well, duh, the PS Store will be crazy with deals. Like, expect your wishlist to magically get cheaper. PS5 stuff—hardware, accessories—pretty much guaranteed markdowns. And PS Plus? I’d be shocked if it wasn’t part of the madness. They’ve always done it, so why change now, right?
Anyway, stay tuned—I’ll be back with updates as soon as they drop the official word.
