Sega Unintentionally Discloses Sales Figures for Persona, Sonic, and Other Franchises

Okay, so here’s a little scoop I stumbled upon, and boy, it’s like accidentally finding a slice of pizza when you expected just a salad. Sega, the big shot in the Japanese gaming world, kinda spilled the beans on some juicy sales numbers. Not on purpose, though. Whoops, right?

So, here’s the deal. They put up a presentation on their investor site, Sega Sammy. I guess someone hit “upload” just a bit too soon because it had all these nifty details about game sales. And then, poof—it vanished. But folks over on ResetEra are fast. They grabbed all of it before Sega even had a chance to say “oops.”

Persona 5 Royale? Yeah, that game’s flying off the shelves—over 7.25 million copies. And its fresh Remastered version? Yup, included there. Then, there’s Persona 3 Reload, with its 2.07 million copies sold. (Side note: These numbers are big, like trying-to-fit-a-bowling-ball-in-your-mouth big.)

Now, Sonic, everyone’s favorite blue speedster, he’s not lagging. Sonic Frontier zoomed past 4.57 million units. Sonic Superstars hit the 2.43 million mark, and Team Sonic Racing drifted to about 3.5 million. Not too shabby for a hedgehog, huh?
