Oh man, so ASUS finally decided to throw some white GPUs into the mix. Never thought I’d see the day, but here we are. They’ve just rolled out the all-white RTX 5070 line with the PRIME RTX 5070 and the TUF RTX 5070 Ti. Didn’t they already have like a bazillion RTX 50 models? But hey, who am I to judge?
Okay, so here’s the lowdown. ASUS dropped these shiny, snow-colored bad boys for folks who’ve been itching for an all-white gaming setup. Funny thing, none of these existed in ASUS’s lineup until now. Guess they figured, “Why not?” And bam, here they are—two gleaming white editions serving that aesthetic some gamers are really into.
First up, we have the TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 5070 Ti. Sounds fancy, right? It’s got 16 gigs of GDDR7 (I think that’s good) and boasts a triple-fan cooling thing going on. The whole shebang—shroud, fans, backplate—all white. Even throws in some LED action on the side. Because why not? Who doesn’t love a light show with their gaming marathon?
Oh, and get this—it’s a hefty 3.125-slot beast, measuring in at, let me see, 329 x 140 x 62.5 mm. Huge, like the kind of card that makes your PC say “whoa.” It’s packed with these military-grade parts and has a special coating on the PCB for durability. Sounds like it can really take a beating, but why would you even? Ports? It’s got five: three DP 2.1b and two HDMI 2.1b. Factory overclocked too, hitting 2588 MHz in boost, and hey, 2610 MHz in OC mode, if numbers are your thing.
And then we’ve got the PRIME GeForce RTX 5070 White Edition. A bit more wallet-friendly, they say, but still with that slick triple-fan cool. Its clocks are closer to the Founders Edition—whatever that means—but we’re looking at a boost up to 2557 MHz, or go wild and get 2587 MHz in OC mode.
Size-wise? It’s a 2.5-slot card and stretched out longer than the FE version—304 mm, to be exact. Oh, and both cards—TUF and PRIME—sip power through a 12V-2×6 connector. ASUS suggests pairing them with an 850W or 750W PSU. Makes sense, I guess.
Anyway, gadgets like these are from ASUS, and internet sleuth @momomo_us kept us in the loop. New tech, new looks, who dis?
