When the dust settles, the robot somehow morphs into a gaming console that bears a striking resemblance to Asus’s top-tier handheld device.
What really got people talking, though, was a cheeky reply from the official Xbox account that featured the side-eye meme. While nothing definitive has been disclosed so far, this interaction has fueled speculation about Project Kennan—a game-changing handheld device crafted by Asus in collaboration with Microsoft, intended to merge Xbox and Windows into a unified gaming platform.
Although specifics from either company are still under wraps, the sneak peek gave the gaming community plenty to anticipate. Expectations are running high for improved battery life, enhanced performance, increased storage, and a fresh new design for the upcoming handheld.
Asus strategically dropped the teaser on March 31, 2025, at 2 PM EST, likely aiming to avoid being lumped in with the slew of April Fool’s gags that tech companies often roll out.
