Sure thing, let’s dive into this. So, Elden Ring Nightreign’s servers took a little nap today or something. Anyway, they’re back now, and FromSoftware slid us a shiny new patch called Update 1.01.1. Finally. It’s supposed to be a treat for those of us who roll solo. Why, you ask? Well, let’s meander through this.
The patch? It’s live everywhere, so no one’s left out. Solo players, rejoice! Turns out, the game’s been a bit mean to us loners. It was always pushing us to team up, which is, you know, not everyone’s vibe. So, FromSoftware said they’d tweak things a bit, and ta-da! Here we are, early patch gifts in tow — they didn’t wait for 1.02, bless them.
Uh, so what’s new? First off, solo folks get a freebie revival per night boss brawl. No strings attached, folks. Co-op pals still gotta earn it the hard way. Also, they cranked up the rune numbers for solos. Probably a balance thing, since, you know, no buddies to lean on, and leveling can be a grind.
And for the groupies, there’s something, too. More high-rarity Relics when you survive up to Day 3 on Expeditions. Like, maybe this makes that last battle of the day less of a horror show. Oh, and they made Scenic Flat stones more generous with those high-rarity Relics. Swing by the Small Jar Bazaar if you haven’t.
Image somewhere here — people battling a big nasty boss thing, yada yada. Really highlights the action, maybe? Props to FromSoftware for snapping that.
Now, bug fixes and stuff, patch 1.01.1 is tidying up all over. Ever tilt your camera while using the Guardian’s big move, “Wings of Salvation,” and thought, “Whoa, what’s happening?” Yeah, less of that chaos now. Oh, and they fixed quite a bunch of skills that were acting up.
Some highlights of the fixes — and there are a lot, but let’s not get lost: stuff like the Duchess’s Skill “Restage” now doing its job, better damage balance for weapons, and some enemies that were playing possum when they shouldn’t be. Oh, and if your Frostbite move wasn’t doing its chilly thing, they got you covered now.
I’d list all these bugs they squashed, but are you still with me? Just gonna mention, they also worked on some platform-specific tweaks, so maybe your gamepad won’t rebel anymore.
Anyway, if by some miracle you’re still pondering Elden Ring Nightreign mechanics, maybe bookmark a guide. It’ll save you from wandering aimlessly — all kinds of tips in there. Or just, you know, stick around and explore. Whatever works.
And scene.
