Alright, folks, buckle up because here we go with some news that might just make your thumbs itch. Remember Gears of War? Yeah, that game where you could actually feel the weight of the chainsaw on the controller — or maybe that was just me being overly dramatic. Anyway, the remastered version, Gears of War: Reloaded, is dropping on August 26, 2025. Price tag’s set at $39.99, and it’s gonna be available just about everywhere you can game these days — Xbox Series X|S, PC, PlayStation 5, and even up in the cloud with Xbox Cloud Gaming. It’s like they decided nobody’s allowed to escape the hype!

Pre-orders are up, and if you’re the impatient type, you can snag access to a Multiplayer Beta (kinda makes you feel special, right?). If you’re rocking Game Pass or already own the previous Ultimate edition, you’re in, too.

Ah, 2006. What a time to be alive! The original game was like a visual sucker punch to the face — in a good way.
