So, there’s this game, you know, inZOI, and they’re rolling out this DLC called Island Getaway. Okay, so like, the folks at Krafton just went ahead and spilled the beans, making it way less of a mystery. Surprise! Or not, I guess. This add-on, totally free for those who own the game, by the way. Absolute bargain, if you ask me.
And hey, it’s also launching on Mac soon. Finally, right? They say it’s hitting on—wait, let me check—August 20. Just a hop, skip, and a day after gamescom’s big night on August 19. We all thought, “Shadow-drop after the show, right?” But, nope, Krafton had other plans and gave us a sneak peek. Just couldn’t keep a lid on it.
Island Getaway, besides having an all-new map called Cahaya, inspired by Southeast Asia, is bringing some sick activities. Swimming and snorkeling, anyone? I mean, who doesn’t want to dive into that, literally? Farming’s a thing now too. Along with getting your character all decked out in tropical attire, cause looking the part matters, doesn’t it?
Anyway, there’s this pic showing off the island scene. Summer vibes, you know? Let’s not forget the update that drops with it, souping up the main game. More farming, fishing, and other stuff across all maps. Oh, and now we can scoot around on electric thingamajigs—scooters, motorcycles. Zoom zoom!
Character interactions are getting spicy, too. New mechanics are in the mix, and, I dunno, “cooperative actions” sounds pretty engaging—or amusing. Who knows how that’ll pan out?
Quality of life updates, too, like 90 new tracks. Not just background noise, real music. Gamepad support is coming around, sorta—it’s still cooking, but, hey, progress!
Almost forgot! The Mac version’s dropping on Steam and the App Store same day as the DLC. It’s gonna be a packed day for sure.
